    A signed application for changing a seminar mentor must be provided to Mojca Rozman, head of the Student Affairs Office, either in person or over e-mail, to [email protected]. A change in seminar mentors will be marked in the student’s ŠIS.

    Application for changing an elective subject (sl)

    A signed form (agreement from the lecturer of the elective subject) must be submitted alongside the application over ŠIS.

    A study practice confirmation (Potrdilo o študijski praksi) is collected in person at the Student Affairs Office.
